In-Store Purchase Return Instructions
Within 30 days after purchase, in-store items may be returned to any of our locations. To guarantee a seamless return procedure, kindly:
- Bring the item or items in its original state.
- Show the credit card that was used to make the purchase, or the original receipt.
Online Return Instructions
You can return products by mailing if you are unable to return your purchase in-store. Observe these rules:
Return Guidelines
- Shipping Options: You can return items by UPS, FedEx, GTL, or USPS. Keep your tracking number for evidence of delivery.
- Customer Support: Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team for help if the return is because of a damaged product or a mistake on our end.
- Inspection Requirement: Prior to completing exchanges or refunds, all returned packages must be examined.
- Processing Time: After inspection, give up to five business days for exchanges or refunds.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging, if at all feasible, and in its original condition.
- Warranty Items: Special treatment may be necessary for items covered under warranty. For instructions, get in touch with us.
- Application for Refund: The original payment method used at the time of the transaction will receive the refund.
Gift Returns
You have the following options for gift items:
- a reimbursement using the initial payment method.
- The recipient of the gift receives a gift card.

1. How much time do I have to exchange or return an item?
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of the online invoice date or the date of purchase.
2. Are exchanges and returns subject to any limitations?
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Sales tax will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Certain items, including swimwear, undergarments, clearance items, and special orders, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. What happens if the item I got is flawed or broken?
We can offer either a replacement or a refund for damaged or defective items. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
4. When will the money be returned to my credit or debit card after my merchandise has been shipped?
- Once your return is received, allow 2-3 business days for processing.
- Refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your credit or debit card.
Refund Options
The original method of payment will be credited with the refund. We will give store credit if the original payment method isn’t available.
